Continuing the Vision: Cultivating, Caring, Committed, and Competent Teachers – 2026 Regional Recognition Events

For more than three decades, Today's Students, Tomorrow's Teachers (TSTT) has proudly celebrated the achievements of our students, graduates, alumni, teacher mentors, school districts, college partners, and supporters through our Annual Recognition Brunch. This cherished tradition has honored the hard work, perseverance, and success of those who embody our mission of developing the next generation of diverse, committed, and highly effective educators.

In 2026, TSTT embraced an exciting new chapter by expanding our signature celebration into a series of Regional Recognition Events across our program service areas in New York and Connecticut including Dutchess, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Bridgeport (CT) and culminating event in Westchester. This evolution allowed us to bring the celebration closer to the communities we serve while recognizing the collective accomplishments of our entire TSTT family.

Guided by this year's theme, "Continuing the Vision: Cultivating, Caring, Committed, and Competent Teachers," these regional celebrations highlighted the journeys of TSTT students from high school to college, honored graduating seniors and alumni educators, recognized dedicated teacher mentors, and celebrated the invaluable support of parents, school districts, and community partners.

The success of TSTT is made possible through the unwavering commitment of those who believe in our mission. Because of our supporters, hundreds of students have been inspired and empowered to pursue careers in education, transforming classrooms, schools, and communities throughout New York and Connecticut.

We invite you to explore the highlights from our 2026 Regional Recognition Celebrations and join us honoring the remarkable achievements of the students, educators, and partners who continue to advance the TSTT vision. Together, we are building a stronger and more diverse teacher workforce for generations to come.
